The Office of the Ombudsman provides members of the public with an independent, confidential, impartial, and neutral avenue for resolving complaints of administrative failure, when all other avenues of recourse have been exhausted. The Office of the Ombudsman was opened on 25th June 1995 and from that time on, has sought to fulfill its mandate established in accordance with the Ombudsman Act of 1994.
